The Welcoming Congregation Committee has taken intentional steps to enable UUFB to be more welcoming and inclusive of people of all sexual orientations and gender identities, as well as other people who are disenfranchised or marginalized.
We have been recognized as a Welcoming Congregation by the UUA, and continue to create a welcoming environment where those entering know they are safe to be who they are.
Our congregation is diverse in sexual and gender identities and is learning more about each other and how we can be role models for our congregation and the wider community.
