Directions for completing survey:
(Option1) Please follow the link below to download and complete the survey. There are text boxes in the word document that open when you click at the end of the question. Once your survey is complete, save as new document with your name on it and return to admin@uubeaufort.org
(Option 2) Print out survey and complete. You can scan and email it to admin@uubeaufort.org or return it to UUFB.
(Option 3) Pick up or request print survey from the office by calling 843-522-1765 or emailing admin@uubeaufort.org
(Option 4) On Apple devices survey can be opened in Pages to complete.
If you have any questions or problems please contact Jerri Meisner or Grace Drake. Task force members will be available after service on June 4 and June 11 to help anyone who would like help to complete survey.
