To Be Continued: Away This Week

Dear Ones,

Various things this week…

I’m away this week for the Southeast UU Ministers Association retreat, up at The Mountain. The last time I was up at The Mountain was March, 2020, right before we closed because of the pandemic. There have been two other retreats since then, one all virtual and one multi-platform. This one is also going to be multi-platform: the presenter and some participants will be there in person, some will be joining in via Zoom.

In last week’s service, I mentioned the “Compass: Navigating the Paths of Liberation Together” conference in early December. This is an opportunity to learn more about the possible proposed revisions to our UU Principles and Sources – and to weigh in with your opinions. It’s happening on Zoom, Dec. 11 & 12. Fees are on a sliding scale from $25 to $60, based on your assessment of your ability to pay. Remember to register your donations for the annual auction as soon as possible! See the article elsewhere in Headline News for more information. The annual auction is a fun event – even when it’s all online!

I hope you’re having a good week! See you soon!

    Blessings,
