For the past few years, we’ve been sponsors for the Beaufort Walk for Water. This year we are sponsoring again, but there’s a twist.

We will NOT be gathering at the park in Port Royal on Saturday, September 26th to walk, en masse, through the streets to the river and back carrying buckets.

This year, Water Mission International encourages participants to grab a container that can carry water, then walk a three-mile route of their own choosing. Participants can walk in groups or not, and maintain appropriate social distancing.

And… speaking of water… Our annual Water Service is on September 13th! See the article elsewhere in this newsletter for more details. I’m collecting photos from you of water significant to you, as well as what you would be writing about your water if we were holding our service in person.
