UUA Nonprofit Partner Organizations

1. UUFB. P. O. Box 593, Beaufort SC 29901. 843-522-1765.
email: uubeaufortadmin@gmail.com. In the lower left memo line of the check, write (1) the name of the person you are memorializing and (2) the UUFB fund to which you want to apply your donation. There are three UUFB funds:
The Operating Fund is dedicated to annual predictable operating expenses in support of UUFB’s Mission. This fund pays for utilities, staff, programs, insurance, justice endeavors, routine campus upkeep, mortgage, and a Fair Share to support the broader strength of the UUA.
The Capital Fund pays for major improvements to the campus such as the recently completed renovation of the back building.
The Endowment Fund provides a means to make gifts or bequests for the continued long-term support of UUFB’s Mission, to strengthen the financial base over time, to support projects not ordinarily covered through the Operating Funds, and to eventually provide a stream of revenue in partial support of the annual budget. UUFB members may read the policy establishing the Endowment Fund at http://www.uubeaufort.org in the For Our Members section.
